Our Remedial Massage services

Our capable, experienced team will conduct a thorough assessment and then use a variety of hands-on manipulation and soft tissue techniques to address your issues. Helping you move towards a better quality of life.

  1. Myofascial Release Techniques
    The hands-on application of slow, gentle and prolonged force in the form of stretching or compression to affect the release of tension in skeletal muscle.
  2. Trigger Point Therapy
    Your therapist will use a technique of sustained pressure/compression over sensitive points in your muscle to help alleviate pain, improve muscle flexibility and function
  3. Deep Tissue Massage
    A technique which uses slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This technique has been shown to be beneficial for athlete recovery and rehabilitation, persistent muscular pain issues and chronic pain conditions.
  4. Sports Massage
    Sports massage is a technique that has been developed to assist Athletes with recovery, rehabilitation and performance. It can be helpful during any phase of an Athlete’s training program, even on the day of competition. You will find this approach is more targeted to the areas of concern, to maximise benefits.
  5. Pregnancy Massage
    Pregnancy massage is beneficial throughout the entire nine months of pregnancy and can include anything from a full body Swedish massage to something more targeted to your aches and pains.
