Unlike other forms of exercise, Clinical Pilates is led by our dedicated physiotherapists, meaning every exercise is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored specifically to you.
Our clinics are fully equipped with state-of-the-art reformers, a trapeze table and Wunda Chair, along with many other Pilates tools.

Supervised Clinical Pilates sessions are available at our Baldivis, Bayswater, Bull Creek, Busselton, Butler, Marangaroo and Midland clinics.

Our supervised exercise sessions are suited for people of all ages and abilities looking to recover from injuries and pain. Our experienced team have used Clinical Pilates successfully to rehabilitate conditions including:

Our approach to Clinical Pilates
- Step 1
One of our experienced physiotherapists will perform a comprehensive initial assessment and design a custom program based on your injury history and health goals. - Step 2
Begin treatment with a few one-on-one sessions until you become familiar with your individualised Clinical Pilates program. - Step 3
Join our fully supervised small-group classes, where there are a maximum of three clients per class.
