Our Clinical Pilates sessions are physiotherapist-led and combine the general physiotherapy clinical framework with Pilates-inspired exercises personalised to your needs. Our expert practitioners are committed to helping you recover quickly and prevent further injuries.

Our clinical pilates sessions

At HBF Physio, we are passionate about getting you back to living your best quality of life. Our clinics are fully equipped with state-of-the-art reformers, a trapeze table and Wunda Chair, along with many other tools.

Supervised Clinical Pilates sessions are available at our Baldivis, Busselton, Butler and Midland clinics.

Our approach to Clinical Pilates

  1. Step 1
    One of our experienced physiotherapists will perform a comprehensive initial assessment and design a custom programme based on your injury history and health goals.
  2. Step 2
    Begin treatment with a few one-on-one sessions until you become familiar with your individualised Clinical Pilates programme.
  3. Step 3
    Join our fully supervised small-group classes, where there are a maximum of three patients per class.
