Clinics Midland Abigail Cross
Abigail Cross

Hi, I'm Abigail Cross

Physiotherapist at Midland

Abigail brings additional qualifications in dry needling and Level 1 Sports Training, a clinical eye and a strong hands‑on approach to every client she works with. She has a particular passion for managing foot and ankle conditions, back and hip pain and a wide range of sports‑related injuries to support people of all ages to move with confidence.

Whether it’s a small breakthrough or a major milestone, Abigail values the individuality of every client and tailors treatment to their goals, needs and lifestyle. Her own background in dance and sport (along with the injuries that came with it) inspired her career and fuels her belief in the body’s capability to adapt and strengthen.

She enjoys pairing manual therapy, massage and dry needling techniques with targeted exercise and mobility training, always promoting self‑management strategies to empower long‑term results.

Alongside her clinical work, Abigail is a sports trainer for AFL and WAFL umpires, providing on‑field injury assessment, off‑field rehabilitation planning and extensive experience in managing running‑related injuries and return‑to‑sport testing.

Outside of the clinic, Abigail is an accomplished Scottish Highland Dancer, having competed at state, national and international levels.
