Hi, I'm Hannah Wong
Exercise Physiologist at Midland
Hannah completed her undergraduate studies in Sydney at Macquarie University, earning a Bachelor of Human Sciences majoring in Public Health: Policy and Promotion. From there, she completed a Diploma of Exercise Studies and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst. Before her career in clinical exercise physiology, she also worked as a personal trainer for five years and holds a Certificate IV in Fitness.
Hannah thrives on working with a wide range of people and firmly believes that “exercise is for everyone.” No matter your age, condition or goals, she works closely with each of her clients to create exercise interventions that are realistic, achievable and aligned with their life.
Along with her educational approach to help move people towards their best quality of life, Hannah has a strong passion for osteoporosis and healthy ageing (particularly for women navigating hormonal changes and bone health), chronic disease management and cancer care. She loves guiding her clients to understand the “why” behind their movement.
Outside of work, Hannah is most at home in the kitchen and loves experimenting with new recipes or crafting artisan sourdough from scratch. In 2023 she moved from Sydney to Perth with her husband, a chiropractor and together, they love exploring the outdoors and bouncing ideas across their shared passion for healthcare.
