Hi, I'm Alec Windham

Alec is a dedicated physiotherapist who graduated with First Class Honours and who brings a warm, client‑centred approach to every appointment. Before becoming a physio, he worked as a sports trainer with Hockey WA, giving him valuable hands‑on experience in sports injury management and athletic performance.

Alec is passionate about helping people of all ages overcome pain and return to the activities they love. He enjoys working with everyone from young athletes building confidence and resilience, to older adults wanting to stay strong, independent and active.

His clinical interests span a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, post‑operative rehabilitation, back and neck pain, joint injuries, arthritis and everyday aches and strains.

He also has a growing interest in upper‑limb sports rehabilitation — particularly shoulder, elbow and finger injuries — influenced by his own experience as an avid indoor rock climber.

Outside the clinic, Alec is actively involved in his local church, loves spending time with friends and heading outdoors for hikes, camping trips and weekend adventures.
