Hi, I'm Renee McRae

Renee is passionate about empowering individuals to understand their bodies, pain, and movement better. Relishing the opportunity to meet new people every day, she is committed to educating people, constantly learning and debunking common pain-related myths.

Renee’s clinical passion lies in women’s health issues, where she sees vast potential for change. Many of these issues are wrongly considered “normal”, and the solutions are often simpler and more attainable than most people believe. She is a strong advocate for men’s and women’s health conditions like bladder and bowel issues and has a deep understanding in treating pre and postnatal women for sexual dysfunction and incontinence to help improve their quality of life.

With her advanced clinical skills, Renee employs a strong focus on education – whether it’s related to a specific condition, pain management, or movement techniques like Clinical Pilates – and believes in equipping her clients with the information and resources they need to change their mindset and manage their issues effectively.

A trusted source of knowledge and support, Renee is a dedicated contributor to Life Ready’s clinical education team and lends her skillsets to our professional development program.

Outside of work, Renee is an avid reader of thriller and mystery books. She loves spending time in nature, whether by the ocean or among the trees. Staying active is a significant part of her life, and she enjoys quality time with family and friends.
