    He holds an impressive track record working alongside national rugby union, state soccer, and state-level touch rugby teams. His dedication to health and fitness extends beyond the professional realm as he ardently embraces all forms of physical activity and sports. Cam has a keen interest in addressing lower back pain, shoulder issues, and ankle injuries, and his unwavering commitment to helping individuals recover and regain mobility is reflected in his personalised treatment approaches.

    In the last few years, he has enjoyed working closely with the running population, helping to address injuries and guide training for peak performance. Beyond the clinic, Cam embodies an active lifestyle, running, hiking, and expressing his creativity through the strokes of a paintbrush.

    Tom earned his degree from Curtin University and during his academic journey, he immersed himself in various musculoskeletal outpatient settings, gathering invaluable experience that’s led him to a dynamic career at Life Ready. 

    With a keen interest in treating lower back, hip, groin, and tendon injuries, Tom employs a goal-driven approach to rehabilitation, and his satisfaction lies in guiding individuals back to their sports and hobbies to enhance their quality of life.

    “I enjoy the personal interaction with a wide range of people and the satisfaction of helping people resolve their pain and getting back to things they enjoy. I’m passionate about the link between exercise and mental health and see the biopsychosocial model of health care as particularly important.”

    When not in the clinic helping his clients and team mates, Tom maintains an active lifestyle. You’ll find him at the gym, swinging away on the golf course, or passionately cheering for his favorite footy team.

    Tully’s journey in the field of physiotherapy began at Curtin University, where he completed his undergraduate studies. Furthering his already deep clinical knowledge, he pursued post-graduate studies in manipulation, earning his Masters degree in 2018.

    A natural fit for Tully, his dedication to physiotherapy shines through in his commitment to continuous learning, professional improvement and engaging with people. His Masters training enables him to view the whole person and tailor treatment plans accordingly to suit their needs. He relies on a combination of hands-on manual therapy, manipulations, and targeted exercises to help his clients from all walks of life achieve their goals.  

    “I love helping people motivated to help themselves and look for guidance to get them to where they want to be.”

    He genuinely cares about supporting his clients’ goals and can address a wide range of problems, from minor neck, back, TMJ (jaw) or sporting niggles, to more serious injuries and chronic conditions. He employs a diverse range of treatments, including injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and various other methodologies to cater to his clients’ individual needs and takes pride in earning their trust and working collaboratively to achieve their health and wellness goals. 
     
    With his extensive experience in pain management and sport-related guidance, Tully offers personalised care, thoughtful treatment and unwavering support on your journey towards improved health and wellbeing. 
     
    Away from the treatment room, Tully indulges in his passion for Brazilian Jui Jitsu, hits the gym, enjoys family time, and occasionally ventures into the great outdoors for hiking.

    Hi, I'm Mike Pope

    An earnest and compassionate physiotherapist, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their best quality of life.

    He earned his degree in physiotherapy from Notre Dame Fremantle where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the human body’s mechanics and rehabilitation, and today, with his extensive experience in the healthcare profession, Mike is committed to delivering unwavering client-centered care.

    Though he’s skilled in all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Mike enjoys helping treat neck pain, jaw pain, knee injuries, and lower back pain and derives immense satisfaction from helping his clients manage their injuries, make progress towards a pain-free life and return to the activities they love. He has also completed additional training in advanced dry needling which he uses to assist his clients in reducing their pain and expediting their recovery process.

    Outside the clinic, Mike is happiest when he’s spending quality time with his wife and daughters or indulging in his love for travel, adventure, and surfing.

    He’s motivated daily by the opportunity to lead and inspire his team of more than 20 people at the clinic and contributes his time to Life Ready’s Open House initiative, showcasing his dedication to not only his clients and staff, but also to our beautiful south-west community.

    Hi, I'm Jordan Duncan

    Managing Executive & Senior Physiotherapist

    After earning his physiotherapy degree from Curtin University, Jordan spent his first few years working in corporate health, performing pre-employment and return to work assessments and dealing with a variety of workers’ compensation injuries. It was during this time that he learnt the importance and value of active exercise-based rehabilitation in helping clients return to work in optimum function.

    “I’ve always wanted a job that was people-focused. I want to be able to help people recover from injuries and reach their full potential.”

    Since then, Jordan has worked exclusively in private practice physiotherapy and has developed a keen interest in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. He particularly enjoys treating pre and post-operative orthopaedic clients, ACL and other knee injuries, along with neck pain and headaches. He is also passionate about injury prevention through conditioning work.

    A keen believer in professional development, he has completed further training in dry needling and strength and conditioning.

    Away from the clinic, Jordan enjoys running, heading to the gym, basketball, playing music and indulging in his own cold brew coffee in the summer!
