Hi, I'm Brent Vanderloop
Vestibular & Senior Physiotherapist
With a love for sport and a deep-rooted passion for optimising his clients’ wellbeing, Brent holds a a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and a Graduate Entry Masters in Physiotherapy from Curtin University.
His commitment to ongoing education and skill enhancement is evident through his additional qualifications in vestibular physiotherapy (helping to treat dizziness, vertigo, light-headedness, blurred vision, disorientation, poor balance, and tinnitus), a Level 3 Medical Professional Titleist Performance Institute certification in golf physiotherapy, and a Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, enabling him to provide valuable physical work capacity assessments for employers.
Brent loves helping a wide range of individuals, from those seeking treatment for vestibular issues to professional and amateur golfers, as well as general physiotherapy clients with neck, back, knee or spinal pain. Over his 15 years in the profession, he has built a loyal client base by treating individuals with the same care and attention he would desire for himself.
“I’m passionate about aiming to create lasting improvement and fixing the source of injury rather than just treating pain. Pain relief is often fleeting but identifying and treating dysfunction creates lasting change.”
Brent’s passion for his work is only rivaled by his love for golf and spending time with his family. When he’s not on the golf course, he enjoys accompanying his children to their sporting activities, cherishing these moments to the fullest.
He emphasises that visiting an allied health professional, such as a physiotherapist, is about finding the right fit for your needs and goals, and encourages finding that unique connection to his clients to ensure the best possible treatment outcome.
