Hi, I'm Cherie Newton

Having studied at the Australian Institute of Fitness, with additional qualifications in Hot Stone Massage and Myofascial Cupping Therapy, Cherie combines her skills and knowledge to help her clients move better, feel better and live happier, healthier lives.

Cherie has a particular passion for helping people with shoulder and neck complaints, finding great satisfaction in restoring ease of movement and reducing tension. She also has a growing interest in learning more about paediatric massage.

She loves incorporating cupping therapy into her treatments to boost blood flow and promote healing, and she stays up-to-date with the latest knowledge on fascia and body movement to continually improve outcomes for her clients.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Cherie enjoying time with her family, walking along the beach, trying her hand at crafting or even sharpening her skills at her newest hobby — playing pool. She also speaks a little French and Japanese, adding an extra layer of connection for her clients.
